Cancellations Should you need to cancel your suite food and beverage order, please contact our Catering Office by phone (717) 520-5759 or via fax (717) 520-5129, or email gcsuites@hersheypa.com with your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the event so no charges will be incurred. There will be a 100% cancellation fee plus Pennsylvania Sales Tax for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to an event. Account Settlement At the conclusion of the event your catering guest check, which will include all pre-orders and event day orders, will be presented for signature and payment. It is requested that you keep a credit card number on file to bill for suite catering services. Guests who are not authorized to charge against the suite account may pay with cash, check or another credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Alcohol In Your Suite The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board prohibits alcohol from being brought into or out of Giant Center. State law prohibits the consumption of any alcoholic beverages by any person who is under the age of twenty-one. We request the cooperation of all of the Suite Holders and their guests in complying with these legal requirements. Giant Center reserves the right to refuse service to persons under the legal drinking age as well as anyone who appears to be intoxicated. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the Suites. Food Allergies If you have special dietary needs such as a food allergy, please contact our Catering Office (717) 520-5759 to discuss your needs. Advance Ordering All food and beverage orders will be provided through Giant Center Food and Beverage Services. Suite patrons are not permitted to bring outside food/beverage on the Suite Level at Giant Center. For the complete selection of menu choices and best possible service, we recommend Suite Administrators pre-order their food and beverage selections. Your food orders can be placed via fax (717) 520-5129 or email <a href="mailto:gccatering@hersheypa.com">gccatering@hersheypa.com</a>. All pre-orders must be received in the Catering Office by 5 PM three (3) business days prior to an event. Event Day Ordering If you are ordering after the pre-order deadline, you may use the DAY OF EVENT order form. Suite Owners should be aware this menu selection is limited. Event day orders can be placed with the Suite attendant or Suite Captain upon your arrival.

Commercial Use of Information Giant Center will not sell or share the Information with third parties for any commercial purposes without your consent and express agreement. Giant Center may, however, use the Information in order to share generic, collective, group, or other non-identifying information about the use of Giant Center’s products and services as part of commercial transactions with third parties to help Giant Center improve its products and services or for any other lawful purpose. Third-Party Service Providers Giant Center may use third-party service providers and vendors to assist Giant Center in providing its products and services to you and others, including, without limitation, services to host Giant Center’s Software Services, Storefronts, payment processes, and other services pursuant to the Agreement. Giant Center may also use third-party service providers and vendors to store Information and other data. Any such third parties would have access to your Information for the limited purpose of assisting, as reasonably necessary, Giant Center in providing Software Services and other services pursuant to the Agreement. Giant Center may disclose your Information as Giant Center reasonably believes is required by court order, governmental directive, or other law, to protect the rights of Giant Center, or as otherwise allowed pursuant to the Agreement or applicable law. Information Protection Giant Center will retain, protect, and process the Information and underlying or related data using commercially reasonable practices. Although Giant Center will undertake such efforts to preserve and protect the integrity of the Information, you acknowledge and agree that all security measures have potential risks. Customer Control of Collected Data You may decline to provide or submit Information to us, however, some of our Software Services, Storefronts, or other services may not be available to you if you choose not to provide or submit Information. You also have a right to access the Information that we hold (about you) upon reasonable written request. Updates to our Policy By entering into the Agreement or the Acknowledgment or by using our products or services, you consent to the collection and use of your Information by us consistent with this Policy and the Agreement. We may change this Policy from time to time, for any reason. Any such changes become effective when posted. To the extent that this Policy is inconsistent with applicable law, it is the intent of Giant Center to comply with applicable law. If there is any conflict between any provision of this Policy and applicable law, such applicable law shall prevail; provided, however, that any such conflicting provision in this Policy shall be curtailed and limited only to the extent necessary to bring it within the legal requirements and the remainder of this Policy shall not be affected thereby. </div>
